missing elevator fourth floor

The air conditioner worked well. It was acceptable.

There was no elevator, and I got a room on the fourth floor. This was a significant inconvenience with luggage. It would have been nice to have advance warning. Perhaps a note on the website is an idea.

Really good stay near the train station

excellent location attentive staff late flight

The location was excellent. It was easy to reach from the airport. The staff was amazing. They were very attentive at all times. They also kept our luggage after check out, because our flight was late.

The room was very small! There was no closet for clothes.

Our double room had premium beddings. The washroom was especially clean, which I really appreciated. There was also excellent customer service .
